[Dragon Age: Inquisition] Awful Performance on any Settings

Hi all, I have been stressing out about this for ages, scouring the internet for days and days, trying any and all fixes that have apparently worked for some people, but for me nothing has worked so far. I have a very low-end laptop (Lenovo G500) which actually is under the minimum required specs for this game. I accepted that I probably wouldn't be able to play the game but when I tried it on my friends Origin account it was actually playable on the lowest settings! between 25-35 fps in combat! So I bought the game, installed it fresh, put everything on the exact same settings and... it's terrible. I get horrible stuttering. The fps actually isn't that low regardless of if I turn certain things on or off, it's just the awful stuttering and everything is in slow motion.

I would normally accept defeat being as my hardware is very low-end, but I SAW IT RUNNING SMOOTH(ish). I SAW IT! So I've had a taste, and I want it back!

Specs:

Intel i3-3110M CPU 2.40GHz (dual core, which is under minimum, but like I said, it worked before!)

4GB RAM

AMD Radeon HD 8570M 1GB (with Intel HD Graphics 4000)

Windows 8.1

What I've tried so far, in many different combinations:

() I know every laptop with dedicated graphics and intel HD always have problems, so I have fully up to date drivers for both, for most problems I face, running the game in windowed or Win7 compatibility works, in this case, no.

() Disabled Origin In-Game, Offline Mode, used custom config files to decrease quality further.

() Disabled UEFI secure boot, which can interfere with hardware performance.

() Checked hardware usage while game is running, nothing is actually maxed out. Memory, CPU and GPU all roughly around 60%

() Closed ALL unnecessary background processes, and I mean really stripped windows down to just the bare essentials.

I'm well aware my hardware is lower than the minimum requirements. The issue is I saw it running fine with my own two eyes! This laptop has surprised me many times with what it can run, and this was the biggest surprise of them all. Now it's all been snatched away from me and I'm desperate to have it back! Any suggestions are appreciated!

I understand your frustration but, forcing your computer to run programs that are beyond it's specs will cause more wear and tear and, thus components weaken, loose performance and fail sooner than if you had not ran the program.

All you can do is insure that the game uses the AMD graphics card, all settings are as low as possible and, you run only what you must with the game. If that does not work, there isn't much you can do short of getting a new computer.
