Dragon age Inquisition Black screen at launch
I can't even get to the "press start" screen no ea or bioware logos or anything at all I know i meet minimum specs and i've talked to three different first teir helpers over the phone and done everyt...

Have you taken a look at this thread already? I understand how upsetting this is, but many people with many different issues reported this symptom in that thread and ended up finding a solution. Updating drivers, disabling cores, going offline, etc. You should take a look there and post your dxdiag anyway since you're already here.
thanks i hadn't actually seen that thread yet no solution found there as of yet but i did post there and put my dxdiag
