Dragon age Inquisition Black screen at launch
I can't even get to the "press start" screen no ea or bioware logos or anything at all I know i meet minimum specs and i've talked to three different first teir helpers over the phone and done everyt...

I get the screen with "don't close the game when you see this icon, savegame blabla", ok after that black screen, I can hear the music for 10 seconds and then even the music stops.
My pc has all the requirements, drivers ATI updated. Can I get my money back or?
Same here, black screen right after the "don't close the game when you see this icon" message.
