Dragon age Inquisition Black screen at launch
I can't even get to the "press start" screen no ea or bioware logos or anything at all I know i meet minimum specs and i've talked to three different first teir helpers over the phone and done everyt...

I had this same problem.
Managed to fix it by alt-tabbing out and the menu screen would be visible in a smaller form in the top right of my screen. Everytime I clicked on it it would tab back in and black screen again but by clicking the options and alt-tabbing each time i could slowly navigate the menus. Managed to put it into 'Windowed-Fullscreen' mode from fullscreen and problem solved!
Don't know if this will work for everyone but hope it helps a few people. :/
