Dragon Age Inquisition Black Screen

Whenever i continue my game, its always stuck on loading and become blackscreen. http://hastebin.com/acarenotek.tex

Couple of things to try:

* Disable Origin overlay in game.

* Play Origin in offline mode.

* Repair the game.

    what do you mean by disable origin overlay in game ?

    i did try to play in offline mode and repair the game. the result still the same.
