Dragon Age Inquisition Console Commands, Through Xbox Game pass

@dancerbandit Dragon Age Inquisition does not, and has never, have console commands (at least, not the typical cheat type. There is a console, and people were under the mistaken belief that the commands from the previous games would work in this one. Obviously, they don't, because completely different game engine).
