Basically I went to open Dragon Age Inquisition earlier this week. The game loads to the BioWare screen before crashing back to the Xbox Dashboard. I have Uninstalled, reinstalled, tried digital and disk and the game will not load. Microsoft support sent me here.
For context I've played this game since Launch in 2014. Never have had this issue before
Have you tried a power cycle? In short: Turn of the console, unplug it, plug it back in, and try again.

Yes, the forced switch to the EA App from Origins has been nothing but a nightmare for me. I have over 560 hours invested in DAI and it's no longer playable. Initially I couldn't even get the game to open after the forced switch to the EA App. Now I can get the game to open but, because of the EA App now being involved, the game has lost almost all response to input. When the game loads and the screen opens, none of the characters can move and if I hit the Space to Jump, the selected character will Jump 40-60 seconds later. No character on the screen can perform any action of any kind. They are all stuck at the opening screen, just standing there. I played over 560 hours on Origin with no problem until the forced switch to the EA App a couple days ago. Now, after the forced switch to the EA App, I am unable to play the game at all, completely worthless now with the EA App. I have restarted the game over and over, logged in and out of my account multiple times, powered off and restarted the pc several times yesterday and now again today with no change. I own over 600 games on other platforms like GOG and this is the only game that I have issues with. I didn't have any before the forced switch to the EA App.
Luckily this is the only game I own on this platform and will be the last I buy from them. Why waste my money on games they are going to make unplayable for no reason but their own profit? 560 hours in DAI and they trash the game experience for no reason. It should have been a clue where their focus actually is when I click on my desktop icon for DAI and it takes me to an AD inside the EA App instead of loading my game. I still have to click something else to get the nonfunctional game to open. From customer oriented to bank account oriented in a split second!
