Dragon Age Inquisition Crashes, game breaking Solas questline

Currently I am at 37/50 achievements for Dragon Age 3, I have closed over 75 rifts...but no matter what I do the game always crashes for me when I try to talk to Solas and begin his quest All New, Faded for Her.  I talk to him, chose the discussion that begins the questline and the game cuts to a loading screen.  I get the 3 card choices - the screen goes black like normal - then poof - game crashes to desktop.  I am using a AMD 280 video card with the latest drivers.  I have tried every combination of settings I can think of - all low - all med - all high - a mix of those - mantle - d3d...nothing seems to work.  Help?!?!?!

OK - so that didn't work.  Ran the repair per your suggestion- now I get a error Invalid liscense. Reason code = Invalid Cipher 0x0006  and I can no longer lauch the game.   How can a repair to fix 1 quest break a game I purchased and have been playing for weeks?

    That's mildly terrifying. @_@

Hit repair again and see if it unbreaks it's broken repair? lol.
That's weird though, I've used repair game before with no issue.

Well after the delay I tried to see what I could do on my own.  The repair button was grayed out so that wasn't an option.  Uninstalled, redownloaded and reinstalled - got my save games from the origin cloud and then it worked.  Tried the Solas questline and that worked too.  I noticed that this time the weekend event showed up on my loading screen - so I am not sure if I did it during the change over the first time - or if it has to do with an outstanding bug with the game...but I can now progress Solas along and catch him up with the rest of the team.

    Mildly terrifying indeed though.

I just ran repair myself and was able to launch the game with no issues.

It is good to hear though that doing a reinstall fixed your issue.
