Dragon Age Inquisition Custom World Not Found

I'm starting to get really fed up with Origin, ALL I WANT TO DO IS PLAY DAI WITH MY CUSTOM WORLD FROM THE DRAGON AGE KEEP! I got a brand new copy of DAI  in the mail redeemed the code on Origin on March 21, 2015 went in game tried to start a new game but when I tried to import my custom world state it says quote: "No custom world state found." I went back out of the game, launched it but it still said the same thing. I made sure I exported the game and I had, I made sure I was connected to the DAI servers which I was, but still it said "No custom world state found." Then I went and logged out of Origin and the DAI Keep logged in again, made sure everything had been exported and everything was connected and it still says the same thing. I have three different world states in my dragon age keep and I tried all of them, I made sure I exported the world states, was connected to severs, checked my internet connection, made sure my Origin account was online, verified my email half a dozen times, I've done every last dang thing I can think of but every time I go to import my custom world state into the start of DAI it always says "No custom world state found." I'm really tired of this problem, I don't know what to do, and I can't afford a new copy of DAI if something is wrong with the disks. I'm sorry if I sound overbearing, but I am very frustrated, and very close to completely giving up and never purchasing or redeeming games on Origin again, I've been waiting for a very long time to get my PC copy of Inquisition and I personally do not like using the default world state (then again who really does when given the option of having their heroes and their choices or default heroes and the default choices). I honestly am stumped I don't know if there is some sort of connection issue between the Keep and Origin, or Origin and my game, I very annoyed and just want someone to tell me how this can be fixed.
