Dragon Age Inquisition DLCs missing from game For PS3 only

All the Deluxe Edition DLC content will not show up on PS3 at all no matter how many times I delete the 6 gig game data and 1.3 gig DLC and patch files. Can anyone help with a fix or work around for ...

Yes still play PS3 I have over 40 games only playable on PS3 none of which I care to part with to buy a PS4 pro 2Tb system (which can't afford in first place), then have to buy certain games like but not same version I have been playing for years like I did with PS1 and PS2, I am logged into EA and PSN both while playing.
