Dragon Age: Inquisition Does not Run!
So I have had DA:I for a long time. previously worked on my PC, but now refuses to launch. It opens a Black box which trns into a black screen, then exists to the desktop again. I've tried repairing the game, uninstalling all dlc,uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I even made an exception to it in my antivirus, as I saw that solved a lot of people's issue. Please Help! I've reported it to origin twice with no help.
@TheJester1212; The most common reason for exactly this behaviour is that you're using AVG or Avast, and haven't made ALL the exceptions/permissions needed.
A better approach is to uninstall the useless a/v program and use one that doesn't mis-identify legitimate programs as malware, (e.g. Windows Defender, which is built-in to Win10 and is absolutely free.)
