Dragon Age Inquisition doesn't start?
Game wont launch. It opens a black box that immediately crashes to the desktop.

For some reason the new Geforce beta driver (347.09) allows me to launch the game (no more black window + immediate exit to desktop).
My specs:
Windows 7 x64
Intel i7 4770K
Nvidia GTX980
The only mention of Dragon Age in the release notes regard an issue currently in their backlog for Vista/Win7 x64:
Dragon Age Inquisition runs poorly (stutters) on NVIDIA hardware. [1588023]
I haven't experienced this yet, but hopefully this will be fixed in the next release..
