@secordlakeguy69 What platform are you playing on? If you are on PC do you use any mods and have you tried running a repair in Origin?
Thanks!
I'm running Widows 10 and I am using mods. I have tried repairing game and deleting old cauch files. So no help.

@secordlakeguy69 Just to test, could you please take out all mods and see if the same happens?
Also could you please post your DxDiag? To post the DxdDiag select the 'Choose File' button below the post box and attach your DxDiag text file.
Thank you!
Here is DXDIAG file.

This thread has a possible solution for modders:

I managed to fix it. I downloaded the Dragon Age Inquisition Mod Manager v0.47 from Nexus and merged the patch with nothing, just the official patch. Added the Merged folder to the UPDATE folder inside DAI's main folder and it worked...!!!!

@secordlakeguy69 This is the one spot in the main game where mods cause an issue. The easiest thing to do is to take out your mod folder (by default, it should be named something like Patch_ModManagerMerge, and can be found in Program Files > Origin Games > Dragon Age Inquisition > Update, just cut it and paste it elsewhere temporarily), edit the package.mft file in the Update > Patch folder with notepad and increase the version number by one (it should be going from 12 to 13) so you can load your save, get to Skyhold, then put everything back the way it was (including reverting your package.mft version number back to 12 or whatever it was before you increased it).
Taking a look at your dxdiag, nothing really stands out other than a few crashes for DAI down the bottom (you might also want to be careful with some trainers and the like, they can sometimes break characters), which could be old or unrelated. Most likely you're experiencing the 'whoops, forgot to remove your mod folder, have fun listening to us sing over and over again' white screen problem. 😛
Or... what Fred said. Because I'm slow 😛

No, it's not. It is still a game breaking bug to this day.
Nothing I've found on the forums work, no small window, no potato textures, no disabling eye texture mod, no etc.
Disabling ALL your mods is not a solution, it's skipping the problem all together and you can watch your very ugly Iquisitor for half an hour in a cutscene that supposed to be epic.
The developer is not responsible for, nor will they fix, issues caused by mods.
Furthermore the last patch of DAI was released at October 5, 2015, In general, there are no new patches coming.
