Hi, this is a general issue so the steps to fix it will be pretty generic.
First of all, please update your card drivers.

If the issue persists, please check that your computer meets the minimum spec to run the game. Unfortunately Dual-Core machines can't run the game.
If you're below min spec and you bought the game through Origin, you might want to check out the Great Game Guarantee.
If you play on a laptop, please check your power settings and/or card manager to ensure that the main card is being used to play DAI.
If you're up to date and above spec, please post in this thread with a hastebin link to your dxdiag.
DERP, most ppl are using windows 8.1 or windows 8, it should do drivers automaticly, this is just ridiculous, the game was created with older hardware,
how can it not work on newer? my comp is less then one year old and have modified it for more powerful, and i thought
