i am having same issues.. Except i dont even get any errors, just a small black window, then immediate crash to desktop.. And yet my friends at work have been playing for hours.. How does that work?
Second game in a row ive had this issue, First was Diablo 3.

I'm hoping (and expecting) it will be patched. Hopefully it fixes whatever problem this small black window to crash is. I wonder if we are all Nvidia users having the problem or just a coincidence. Drivers up to date and got it to work on a different machine same specs and OS, slightly different GPU. Another thread sounds like same problem but he has ATI cards. Just have to wait I guess.

Update:
Nvidia just put out a new driver that mentions DA:I specifically. I downloaded that and it shows up in my games list but it says it cant retrieve the settings, to try changing them in game first (right, if it could launch) and the optimize button that is normally green is missing. Oh and this is on a GTX 660 and its saying the optimal settings would be low and off for everything, lol. I dont get it did they just not test anything, like no QA whatsoever, just blatant disregard for the people getting ripped off by this? Maybe in Russia this would be considered a criminal act? If so they have the right idea.
If it turns out to be driver detection can I get paid for my troubleshooting efforts?

Now I get a black window with the Bioware symbol in the bottom right side blinking that stops blinking and its locked up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Should I just do a return on this, after **bleep** Creed now this am I about done with both EA and UBI!!!!
Quad Core CPU
Updated Nvidia Drivers
