I had this problem today aswell. I somehow managed to fix it but I dont know how, however this is the order of things I did which seemed to work:
The game seems to think you are still in combat so heres what you need to do:
1.Go and kill something, anything at all to reset the combat state.
2.Travel to Crestwood Village and use the fast travel object to travel the camp south of northgate. (the first camp in the zone)
3. Walk up to the edge of the zone and world travel in that way.
This worked for me and I hope it does for you guys!
Afraid it didn't for me. I have the PC deluxe edition and nothing seems to work, I'm far past the stage of reverting to another save as well.
Bump this, I am stuck in crestwood too. Travel options are not available. The quest for the bandets does not spawn. I have tried changing the party, resting. Reloading a saved game from the area. Still stuck in crestwood. Pleat patch, I can no longer play the game till it is fixed.
I have the same game, pc deluxe edition and have the same bug, nothing worked so far
