Dragon Age Inquisition Free Trial will not download on PC

I am trying to play the free trial. I found the DA I free trial on Origins and I add it to my cart and check out. Once I get to the 'Review Order' screen it says payment information is not necessary ...

    ok i figured it out you have to make sure you hit the agree to the terms checkbox if your brightness is up too much you wont see it! its next to the little star in the writing above where it says pay now.

After a couple hours with customer support, they had to access my account and initiate the download themselves (no password required of course).
