Hi i bought Dragon Age Inquisition GOTY and completed all main story, i want to download dlc but when i go to xbox one store it shows that i have to buy them... HELP!!!

Is there anything i could do accept going back to shop and ask for code?
If they failed to include the code, they didn't sell you the entire product, so you should go back to the store (or call them, or something). You didn't get what you paid for.
