Since the OP chose to avoid offering anything at all in the way of useful data, no one could respond in here. This is a peer to peer gamers; website. Ther are no known Mages, Mutants, or Wizards answering questions in here. Anyone wanting one of the normal game players who are here to make any suggestions needs to include hardware and driver informnation, at minimum.
I have the exact same problem.
The issue is on a samsung notebook with windows 8.1.
Intel 2.0 GHz, 4 Ram.
NVIDIA GeForce GT 620M , drivers up to date.
