Dragon Age Inquisition; Graphics NOT Displaying

I have the exact same problem. 

The issue is on a samsung notebook with windows 8.1.

Intel 2.0 GHz, 4 Ram.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 620M , drivers up to date.
