dragon age inquisition is choppy no longer smooth when running.

when you play the game the music, sounds and graphics are choppy not smooth. When people talk their mouth will move then I hear the sound of what they are saying. its very annoying!!!   was fine till I had to download the patch so I could play the jaws of haakkon game. what is wrong with my game!!
