Dragon Age Inquisition is unplayable on PC any suggestions?

I can't play Dragon Age Inquisition on my PC, my PC meets all the minimum requirements and hasbeen tested on the ea site; however I just can't play it - it stutters (that's the only way I can describe it) and there is VERY little control on your character the last time I asked for help from the online help desk I was told to wait for updates, when I went on the forum for support and help I was told just to put up with it and not winge! the fact that I've paid £40.00 for a game that I can't play or get my money back for tends to make me a little irrate! can anyone tell me that this game is playable on PC and maybe I just don't have the right platform.  I have Windows 7 and here are the additional stats...

  • Are you able to run the DA benchmark provided in Extras if so stick them on default settings and let me know what the min, max and average FPS is thanks.

The GT 545 is only as good of a device as the minimum, so you start from a minimum (8800 GT) only able to offer LOW graphic quality at Medium Resolutions, and only expected to run "moderate" animation rates in the 40-45 FPS area, and if that isn't satifactory, the only thing left to reduce is going to be a still more coarse screen resolution.

  •  I agree with @Gorath_the_Elder , your GPU, GT 545, seems to be in the very low end of the requirements.
