Dragon Age Inquisition Issues

Dragon age Inquisition on Xbox one seems to be having an issue where when I engage in combat, the game will lock my ability to loot, as well as switch character, I'll also go to use the immolate ability and the game will crash immediately after casting showing me a " lost connection to session " screen, this only started happening to me after I entered Emprise Du Lion and has now followed me to the Emeral Graves, if anyone has any suggestions that would be great, I really dont want to delete my lvl 20 mage

    There's an known error for some Inquisitors (though I had thought it was a PC only issue) where certain fire spells (I think immolate and fire mines) cast by any character (so inquisitor or companion) would cause the 'lost connection to server' issue. People work around it by respeccing the relevant character to not have that/those abilities. 

    As for the locked ability to loot or switch character... First I've heard of those issues, sorry, I don't know console things so can't even make suggestions.
