Dragon Age: Inquisition keeps crashing to desktop no error message, unplayable

Played for about 20 hours without the CTD, then tried playing this evening and couldn't load my recent save. Kept getting a CTD after selecting Continue. I tried creating a new char, and that worked fine. Then I went back and loaded the auto-save from the char I was getting the CTD's on, and it loaded fine. Re-saved, and that loaded ok from the Continue option. It must be corrupted saves....

and still nothing from bioware -.-
