Dragon Age Inquisition loading a save returns me to the xbox dash

when i go on dragon age inquisition i played and got on my mount and my game was fine and could hear sounds and the mounts head moved but i couldn't do anything with my controller ( it was connected and on full batteries) so i hard reset my xbox and when on it again but this time my character and mount disappeared still making sounds. so i restarted my Xbox and when i press continue or load a previous save the game shuts off and go's to the box dashboard. i think it may be a corrupt save but if not what shall i do?
