Dragon Age Inquisition Loading Screen Freeze

As many others, I have the issue where my game freezes every time I try and load a save.

I get through the "tutorial cards" where 3 cards show up with tips, then the screen goes black with the DA:I logo pulsing in the bottom right corner, music playing - then it suddenly stops. The music stops, the pulsing of the logo stops, and it just stays there.

I played the game yesterday with no issues what so ever, I didn't change anything since I last played, I didn't even turn off my computer until I tried fixing this issue.

I have been searching for too long to not create a post, since there has been so many "false" answers and fixes to the issue I have. Not talking about many of the threads are several years old and outdated in the sense of driver hotfixes.

My problem is for my saved games on my main character, currently located in the Hinterlands.

So here is what I have tried so far, as recommended in various of other posts;

Removing save files and profile from the Origin/DA:I folder, then re-adding them one at a time to check which saves doesn't work (so far it is all of them). I've disabled cloud syncing during this stage, to prevent Origin from downloading the same files. <This does not fix the issue>

Removing save files and profile from Origin/DA:I folder, then letting Origin restore the files, then checking each save file for the ones that doesn't work (so far it is all of them). <This does not fix the issue>

Removing profileoptions and profileoptions_options in my saved games folder. <This does not fix the issue>

Tried switching from DirectX to Mantle, as mentioned in this thread. <This does not fix the issue>

Tried running DA:I and Origin in compatibility mode for Windows 7, as mentioned in this thread. <This does not fix the issue>

Tried loading up my save files while on a character that works, as mentioned in this thread. <This does not fix the issue>

Made sure that all DLCs are installed properly, as mentioned in this thread. <This does not fix the issue>

Made sure both Origin and DA:I was allowed through Windows Firewall (There is no option to allow programs through Windows Defender), as mentioned in this thread. <This does not fix the issue>

Tried disabling both Windows Defender and Windows Firewall (My only sources of protection), as mentioned in this thread. <This does not fix the issue>

Using the repair tool in the Origin launcher before and after each of the above steps as mentioned in this thread: http://answers.help.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Dragon-Age-Inquisition-stuck-on-loading-screen/td-p/3988131. <This does not fix the issue>

Updating my drivers as mentioned in the same thread: http://answers.help.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Dragon-Age-Inquisition-stuck-on-loading-screen/td-p/3988131 <This does not fix the issue>

Switching window as soon as I press the play button, as mentioned in this thread: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Dragon-Age-Inquisition-LOAD-SCREEN-CRASH/td-p/4017565/page/4 <This does not fix the issue>

I have tried running the game in Fullscreen, Windowed Fullscreen and Windowed mode. <This does not fix the issue>

I have tried running the repair tool in both administrator mode and non-administration mode, after a reboot of my computer as mentioned in this thread: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Crashing-loading-screen-to-the-hinterlands/td-p/4057095 <This does not fix the issue> (Also having run so many repairs for DA:I - GOTY + all the DLCs has taken too much of my time already >.<)

Starting a new game seems to work, although I have only tested it past the character selection screen through to the part where you are able to control your character - this is not a fix to my issue, since I really don't want to start over again - and further investigation seems to show that those who tried starting a new game after encountering my initial problem, gets a lot of crashes, and I am in no need for that right as of now. <This does not fix the issue>

Loading up save games from other characters seems to work, even if these characters are also located in the Hinterlands, although I have not tested it for more than a few minutes thus I don't know how long they actually work - this is not a fix to my issue, since those saves are from characters I do not wish to play. <This does not fix the issue>

I have scanned my computer with Windows Defender, updated Windows drivers (and graphics drivers as mentioned above). <This does not fix the issue>

I have tried closing every other program that was not required for DA:I to play. <This does not fix the issue>

I tried disabling Origin overlay in-game. <This does not fix the issue>

Scanned and defragmented all my HDDs to make sure none was at fault. <This does not fix the issue>

When I go to check processes during the freeze, DA:I still uses roughly 70% CPU usage and 950 MB of memory but no disk usage, not on game location disk or the location for my saved games - I don't know what this means.

I might have tried other things, but as of now, my head hurts too much to think of stuff.

Here's my DxDiag: https://hastebin.com/sokizusore.tex - I've also attached my DxDiag to the post, just in case.
