Dragon Age Inquisition Loading Screen Freeze
As many others, I have the issue where my game freezes every time I try and load a save.
I get through the "tutorial cards" where 3 cards show up with tips, then the screen goes black with the DA:...

I hate to bump a thread this old, but this is one of two threads on this specific problem, and this is the first link for a google search.
I'm having the EXACT same issue as you, and have tried the fixes posted. I didn't encounter this issue at all until I pick the game back up a couple months ago. I'm not sure what's changed. Interestingly though, I did notice that we both have the same graphics card- so i wonder if it's related.
Anyone found a solution to this?

I hate it too but it's the same for me. My game keeps crashing after the tips cards loading screen and nothing seems to fix it.
Would really enjoy a solution as 5ais.
