11 years agoServer status is still green though. I don't do social media such as twitter and all that stuff but somebody should get on their social media and raise a stink. Maybe then you will get to talk to someone from america that could understand the problem. If they look bad enough they will rectify their problem faster.

Just did that. They just linked me to EA's support chat thing, which was pending for two+ hours. No thanks.
I tweeted EA, Bioware, and Dragon Age. No response beyond that. Their creative director (of all people?) is like the only one tweeting updates about it. Honestly, the actual team at this company is full of great people who care, but the company itself really does its best to ruin that.
