Just did that. They just linked me to EA's support chat thing, which was pending for two+ hours. No thanks.
I tweeted EA, Bioware, and Dragon Age. No response beyond that. Their creative director (of all people?) is like the only one tweeting updates about it. Honestly, the actual team at this company is full of great people who care, but the company itself really does its best to ruin that.

11 years agoI have noticed that with EA for some reason. Never have these issues with other gaming companies. They find an issue. They shut down their servers. Apologize and then fix it. Does EA not have enough of a support staff to even check the message boards and reply??
