Dragon Age Inquisition on PS4 won't load game at all

Hi, my copy of DAI does not want to load after the title screen. I get to the title screen. I hit continue, the game goes to the load screen as the music plays. Then it fades into black with the ico...

@obbie25 Interesting, if you try using a different PSN ID do you encounter the same issue? You mention restarting, that would be the main first troubleshooting step so thanks for trying that.

If the issue persists on the 2nd account the next thing would be to reinstall the game content.

I don't have a second PSN account actually. And I was assuming uninstalling would be the next solution. I at least hope that would fix it. It can't be a disk issue as the disk is in pristine conditon. Thank you for your response.

Aye, the disc generally won't be the cause of the issue, nowadays once the install completes the disc is generally just used for an ownership check.

Hopefully the reinstall helps, past that we'd be looking into PS4 issues, but it's likely that it won't come to this.
