Dragon Age Inquisition PC- You have lost your connection to the session.

I am having this problem, but what is weird is that it is not while in multiplayer but while playing single player. Nowe I cannot load my save games not the auto save because it keeps saying I lost connection to session. 

I am having the same issue.  (This is pure shot in the dark guess so don't quote me) Knowing this game and how it has run to this point, and without the aide of a resource monitor on Xbox One (I know you are on PC and may be able to investigate further on your end), I am guessing it is a garbage collection (unneeded resource disposal) issue.

I have started "you have lost your connection to the session" from yesterday after installing addons on original Dragon age inquisition game.

I am not playing multiplayer game. Only playing story mode.

I have upgraded to trespasser, multiplayer and one other addon.

Every now and then I am facing this issue.

Please advise. this is very annoying.

Please note that this is happening from XBOX one and while streaming from XBOX one both.

Same problem but with the single player portion of the game... any solutions?
