@LasloFling I am sorry that you were not able to enjoy the game because of the controls. Thanks for your feedback, I will pass it on to the studio and hope that one day you will be able to enjoy Dragon Age: Inquisition.

We do appreciate valuable and constructive feedback from our community but keep in mind that we can only pass on your reports and not the ones who can change the game controls or other content. BioWare is constantly working on improving the game and I can understand that some points on your "to do" list might have a different place on the priority list. You can surely always go to the official BioWare forums and share your feedback directly with the developers but please keep in mind that we are not able to comment on actual progress in the further game development on Answer HQ.

Thanks for the reply. I know you can't do anything but someone needs to give a wake up call to someone. Selling bugged dlc on top of it all? They didn't even know it had issues! Can only get a tiny amount of response from BW on twitter/facebook etc. What a lousy way to force consumers to go to for news/feedback.
