Dragon Age Inquisition PC version Dirext X Crash

Hello DAI tech support,

I've been encountering a Dirext X crash with the following error message :

"DirectX function"GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGL_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed") GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760". Drive:34709.

My computer meets the requirements. I5 Processor, GTX 760 grapics card, 8 gigs of ram. OS: Windows 7 64bit

Please help me solve this. I would like to enjoy this game without crashes like this.

Thank you for taking the time to go over this.
Edit: I have the later Nvidia drivers and DX11

Its been a while and no official response. Whats going on?

You won't get an official response here. This forum is community driven.

The reason you didn't get a reply is because no one knows the solution. Last I heard, Nvidia is working with BioWare on a solution, but they have been doing so for a while. Apparently, AMD users are much less affected by the problem (probably because of Mantle support).
