Dragon Age Inquisition potion bug or ????

I've been playing DA:I for a while now, (30+ hours but I still don't have Skyhold) and I've received the recipes for mana and regeneration potions and even upgraded them. My inventory said I had zero...

    Not a bug. You have to manually restock non-health potions where you refill health potions.
