My game froze on loading screen too while I was exploring Hinterlands. I tried to start the game about 5 times but it always kept on freezing in the loading screen so I loaded my previous save (Skyhold) and now it works. I'm not sure if I dare to travel to Hinterlands again, so please, try to fix this issue.
exact same problem here. except now the game will not download AT ALL from the psn network. with 36gb of free space, the 114 mb delux items file wouldn't download because it thought i didn't have enough free space. purchased the game on 12.11.2014, for full price, and the delux version to boot. played it for a few hours, loved it, then it froze and crashed my system then would freeze on the loading screen EVERY TIME. un-installed it and all the files, then tried to download it again 3 days ago to see if the issues were fixed. from what i can see, the tech support and developers at EA have done absolutely NOTHING to fix this, to the point that it is %100 broken now. i just want a working version of the game (delux with the dlc and everything i paid for) or, give me my money back, you thieves.
