Why is no body from tech support responding to this? we are customers aren't we?
They aren't responding because they've dropped support for it on PS3/360. In short, "buy next gen, scum!". They've got our money now, so why care about us?
This I don't mind so much in theory. PS3/360 are last gen and they're trying to phase them out. I understand that I'm still using an irrelevant system that's lucky to still get support in the first place.
The problem I see is that if you ARE going to release on an older system, at least have the common courtesy to make sure the horde of issues either don't exist or you support the game long enough to fix these issues. It's disgusting. If they can't be bothered to fix the issues and give the older consoles a fully working products then they shouldn't have released these versions in the first place.
Again, I'm fine with support being dropped on older consoles, but at least drop it AFTER the game is in a fully working state.
