My problems are not quite that bad. The loading times are insane and the game crashes a ton. Rarely the game glitches out and you can't progress with a quest. It feels like most of my time playing is watching the loading screen.. When I finally do get to play it seems like the areas are designed so you can't get to your quest markers by going towards them. The answer to this seems to be to take the path of least resistance to go anywhere and eventually you will end up where you want to be. Interacting with the game in its current state does not feel like play.
