Dragon Age: Inquisition PS4

I downloaded the game yesterday, on my PS4. Took forever, but finally fully downloaded it and installed. The issue I'm having is that, even after the update and actual game installed, I get to the part where you close the big rift, and it completely stops and says that the installation needs to be finished. Then says it's at 16%. I've waited to see if it continues, but nothing happens. I tried shutting down the system and retrying it. Nothing different happens. Is there a solution?
