Dragon age inquisition qunari sounds missing while on horse

If you are playing on PC then try right clicking on the game in Origin and then Repair Game.

Well this did not work quite well.
While now i have the sounds most of the time, they are still randomly disappearing.
I don't know what can cause this, but these are happening less frequently since repairing.

I was thinking maybe mods are the cause for this, as it is only happening with a qunari, but no.

Can you try running the game with no mods and minimal graphics quality settings and let us know if the sound is okay, thanks.

Tried without mods and on low graphics.
Issue stays, it only affects Qunari (im using the deeper female voiceset), all 6 of my other characters are completely fine.

Im starting to think it might be something with the latest patch? Since im locked out of multiplayer as well.
I do not own any of the DLCs except the Qunari item pack and the free ones.
I keep reading on forums that Trespasser also does not work well with the Qunari player characters.
