dragon age inquisition shard bug

I cant get the last shard. In Lady Shayna's Valley. It must be a bug. The developer had intended no jump & run passage planned. Not with this bugged control. I see people on youtube with using gamepad or cheats. Have no gamepad. Waht is the cheat or mod to fix the keyboard control bug? Maby it also helps a cheat like TCL from Skyrim.
