I finally got my game to work. I removed AVAST Safe Zone Web Browser from my computer, and now my game runs great...Thank you for your input

Well then I apologize...I am not a computer expert. What else do you require that I haven't already provided? My game is still unresponsive at times, meaning that such slows right down. The worst of it right now is the time it takes to travel from one jurisdiction to another....about 5 minutes or more. Although I can move around, it stalls now and then. All combat sucks though, where during such gameplay will freeze several times. I just don't get it. Your obvious expertise would greatly be appreciated...
