It appears that your triple core isn't going to work at this point. The game wants a quad, and I know of no current work-around for an AMD CPU.

Many Intel dual-core processors, and even some single core P4s back in the day have had "Hyperthreaded" capability built in. With that, and enough raw speed, some dual core i3s / i5s are running the game, but TTBOMK, AMD never emulated that capability.
Having a similar problem ...
Same black screen with the flashing eye icon, except mine is the very first screen, before the company logos show up..

I have the same problem, but in ps3

Was this resolved? I'm having the same issue.
Played the game for a good few weeks then, inexplicably, after a reboot the game won't run.
- Double click on the desktop icon / Click on the icon in Origin
- Game fullscreens black and has the Inquisition loading symbol in the bottom right corner
- Stays like this for hours with no change. It isn't frozen, the symbol shimmers and warps like it is actually loading something
- Never actually loads, or says that it has stopped working in Task Manager
Have tried (all with no avail):
- Restarting computer- Reinstalling DA:I
- Verifying DA:I files through Origin
- Running in Administrator privilege / compatibility modes- Changing Origin's CPU priority usage to minimal and DA:I's to high
- Computer system restore
I'm at a loss. It's been working up until this point, my wife and I are well past the second town so it isn't (or at least shouldn't be) a case of computer specs. I have nothing else to try - someone help!
Thank you!

So many people complaining on the same issue for so long. This is ridiculous.
