Dragon Age Inquisition Stuttering

Hello, I bought yesterday DA I. In the main menu begins with a stutter. Fps are jumping from  5 to 24.  I dont know why . My PC: Amd Phenom x4 840 3.20 ghz MSI Radeon R7 265 2GB GDDR5 4 gb ram( ...

    ok it's working normal now uff

    i unistalled ALL video card drivers then installed 14.9 

    when its finished instaleed 14.11.2 too
