@xenomark Have you added exceptions for the game, Origin and the game folder in My Documents > Bioware to the exception list of your anti virus program? This is something you may have to repeat any time there is an update to the game, Origin or your anti virus program. This is especially important if you have AVG or Avast, as they are well known for having this issue.
I have Kasperky, and i try to check if i have any exception to add in this anti virus, but i didn't find nothing for exception. Maybe I looked in the wrong way.
But finally i added an "exclusion", in Kasperky but it doesn't work anyway. 😞

@xenomark It may not be an issue with your AV, then (I haven't seen people with this issue with Kaperky).
Another thing that stands out is the Razer devices you have on your computer. The game has been known to have issues with Razer, you may want to try disabling any Razer software, see if that helps at all.
If that doesn't help, could you please check your reliability monitor to see if there is anything in there related to the game, and if so, let us know what the error(s) are?
Thanks 🙂

1st I removed all razer output connected (keybord and headphones)
2nd I started the game but nothing change
3rd I unistall all razer programs and after that start the game but of course nothing
4rd It's strange because the game starded with the same hardware without problems
I also reinstall orign but nothing anyway. I just voluntarily left out a option: reinstall 45gm of the game...because it's pretty long as a process 😞
I'm getting crazy xd
