Dragon Age Inquisition suddenly crashes at random times (PC)

I have CTDs occasionally, too. I seem to crash pretty reliably when I'm dpad'ing through companions at the "equip potions" table. Not always, but if I'm going to crash it'll usually be there.

Occasionally crash elsewhere, randomly. No clue what brings it on.
