Dragon age inquisition trespasser crashing?

The dlc was working fine for me until I got to the deep roads. I dont have any mods and my only warrior is Bull and he is a two handed wielder. The game was lag with looting or just interactions in general and I just tried to open the game and it was loading fine but then it just went to that black loading screen and the music kept buffering.
this problem with game delay when starting the deep roads keeps happening to me too its getting so bad i cant really play
I've still never had any mods, and I've repaired the game several times already. It still crashes every time I try to fast-travel to Halamshiral to start the DLC.
- I did get this to work on the PC eventually but with the caveat that I was running mods. Here's what I did:
- I ran the mod manager to remove the mods.
- I then deleted the merged mods folder from the game directory (just to be sure)
- I repaired the game from Origin
- I followed the steps as described above (unlock the location, leave the war table, return to the war table, fast travel)
