Dragon age Inquisition trial upgarde does not work

Hi,

I got the free trial version of DAI and after playing 3h, what seems to be the max time u get, though its said to be playable 6h but nvm, i got myself the real version of the game. I thought i could just continue my savegame from the trial version but that seems not to be the case. Is there any method i can extract the file and reimplant it into the new version that i now have to download again?
