Dragon Age: Inquisition Update Problem

So I went and picked up this game title of yours and I put it in finished downloading then waited for update to finish I jump on and I cannot access multiplayer and when I finished the first boss thing I got stuck on black screen and these both say I did not finsh updating the game please finish then come back. Please help this is very annoying and I cannot find anyone else with the problem.
