Dragon Age Inquisition: Wicked eyes and Wicked Hearts: unable to proceed
I'm playing Dragon Age Inquistion on the PS3. I'm doing the wicked eyes and wicked hearts quest. I was doing fine until the quest prompted me to go into the grand ballroom which usually starts a cut scene with The Grand Duchess. However, once the cut scene begins the voices instantly cut out but the scene still proceeds. When the first answer wheel comes up, regardless of what answer I choose, nothing happens. I try to skip the cut scene and my screen goes black attempting to load. My tv makes a loud noise, and then either my playstation cuts back to the home screen or freezes completely. Do I'm currently stuck on this quest and I'm not sure what to do. It is not my disc, it's brand new.
