Dragon Age Inquisition won't finish the download and let me play

So i pre-ordered the game and i preloaded it. Then when it came time for release since i'm in the US. It does this. http://gyazo.com/dd6ac3380ad2081459dfe1203d978344

It say's it's 99 percent done or complete but doesn't let me actually play it instead showing "Install."

All it does is show that the download tab at the bottom reboots but nothing finishes.

As a last resort i took to quitting origin and openning it up as an administrator. And repairing game files. Sometimes it makes it seem as if it's re-installing and asks me what language i want it to be in but on the scroll bar and in the thing where the text is supposed to be there is nothing. It just has me continue the installation basically.

Help please!

    i have the same problem. i kill the first boss and it tells me i need to down load the rest of the game...

    try and update and it says its updated.

    deleted the game from my library same problem.

    "buy from the digital market they said. it will be fun."

    they said.

    Dude...I had the same problem. You might think you have all 44.30 gigs installed. But you dont. To really find out what you got..stop the game-highlight dragon age - press options- go to information - 4th line down, it says download status. It's probly gonna say you have about 35.something gb/43.98gb. That's how much you really got. I played the game for 6 hours and multiplayer was still not available. So I stopped the game and kept an eye on my download status. I seems to download faster when the game is not active. Don't go by the psn store or your downloads in your notifications. They tell you that you have 44 gigs installed, but that's not true."
